There are many things which must be reformed

The salaried worker who has passed over a young time long ago cannot but give priority to maintaining his life and household economy over contributing the company where he is working. If the development of the company and his own happiness could be synchronized, it might be the best.   However; such a thing might be rather difficult unless he could win a promotion in the company.

The larger the company becomes, the more easily the bureaucratism spreads in order to efficiently manage employees, assets and cash of it.   Then on the one hand the top management tends to expand their power, on the other every employee's role tends to be subdivided and classified.   If the company becoming so, even if he desires to reform seriously, it becomes impossible for him to do so beyond his authority.   Such a thing might be rather difficult unless he could win a promotion in the company.

An organization called a company could sometimes become a fearful monster, which could not be governed or controlled by laws, stakeholders, management, or of course by him.   An organization called a company, without knowing, would become a completely different creature, even when it was a fine company which he proudly joined long time ago.

Sadly, after all the development of the company and people’s own happiness would never be able to synchronize.

Even if an organization gathers best and brightest new employees like him, but once they are collectivized, it is difficult to combine their vectors in one direction.   Furthermore; if let them go naturally, they might be apt to become 20% of a higher class, 60% of the middle class and 20% of an underlying class. As a result of long and hard competition, a disparity of people would arise involuntary and finally become broad.

Unfortunately, the development of the company does not necessarily lead to all the people's happiness.   I still think that there are many things which must be reformed.
